Welcome to our Calma Holistic Studio and community!  Thank you so much for choosing us fo your treatment and healing journey.

Please read the information below and feel free to ask any questions you may have.  I look forward to meeting you in person.  

Please arrive for your appointment 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time.  This allows you the time to fill out the online Intake Form (if not yet completed), change, and prepare for your session.  All massages have a specific schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and complete experience.

If late arrival is inevitable, your service will be shortened to keep on schedule. The original treatment time will be charged.

CANCELING YOUR MASSAGE - Please call or text   (619) 864-4312  if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment.  A $45 fee will apply if notice is received within 24 hours of scheduled service.  

If you are new to Calma Holistic, please complete the Intake Form before your scheduled session.
