Relax and Heal with Intuitive Massage — my personal favorite modality created when I first became a massage therapist. 

Intuitive massage is a unique and personalized experience. It has its own rhythm and flow, allowing your body to guide the session, where I intuitively sense muscle tensions and changes in the soft tissue.

 I use a blend of massage modalities to address your body’s needs and support your journey to relax and heal.

Therapeutic Deep Pressure Massage goes beyond the surface, targeting deep layers of muscle and surrounding tissue.

It's not just about applying force to muscles; I use a blend of deep pressure using forearms, knuckles, elbows, and fingers, complemented by techniques like rocking, swaying, and muscle holds.

This method includes sustained pressure through slow, deep strokes, working to alleviate muscle tension and congestion. Rest assured, the deep tissue pressure is always adjusted to ensure your comfort throughout the session.  The goal is to break up tensions, relieve pain, and improved mobility.
